Journaling Exercise

Take some time after class to journal your experience. Perhaps record your experience with using Mantra, and consider some ways Mantra might enrich your regular Asana practice or be useful to you in daily life.

Another question to consider is when do you notice your breath in your daily life? Are there times when you notice you are breathing deeply and fully? Perhaps there are other times when your breath is short and shallow?

In addition to your personal journal, you are also welcome to share you experiences with Mantra and breathing in the comments.
